I am a NY based holistic health coach and cognitive behavioral therapist.  Most importantly, I’m a human who has a deep seeded passion for uncovering and deepening the mind body connection.  Through many years of chronic pain, fad diets, imbalanced hormones, digestive issues, disordered eating and self sabotage, I’ve come to learn that we have everything we need within ourselves.  Throughout my journey I’ve learned the power of changing the way we show up for ourselves. Many approaches to creating a healthy lifestyle are somewhat restrictive without encompassing the whole person. I help my clients navigate and uproot the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I believe in the power of humor and breaking into authenticity to create a fun and healing space. I believe in the power of mindset, listening to your body and working from the inside out to access our inner wisdom and strength.

Often times our negative thoughts and feelings reveal our hidden gems.  I tailor coaching services to your specific needs, whether you are looking for support to get back on track, heal your relationship with food or simply try a more holistic approach to create a more intentional life style with ease and pleasure. Serving as a coach I intertwine cognitive behavioral methods and integrative nutrition to develop a unique plan for you.
