Do you take insurance?
We are out of network. Fees range from $125–$250 per session. Each client is automatically provided with a superbill, a document containing codes that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

What is the assessment process like?
We explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask about your family history, relationships, and relevant cultural, spiritual, and biological influences on your mental health. We’ll also discuss your ideal outcomes, the life you hope to create and how you hope to feel and act. The assessment process focuses on identifying your specific goals, gathering relevant history at your own pace, and building the foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship.
Are we meeting remotely or in person?
Currently, sessions are fully virtual throughout New York and Connecticut.

Amazing! You’ll start with a free phone consultation, where you can ask any questions about working together, therapist availability, and my approach. I’ll gather general information, learn more about you, and answer your questions. Once we decide it’s a fit, I’ll send brief assessment forms to complete and schedule your first appointment.
