Chocolate PB Avocado Mousse

I love chocolate. I eat it basically every day. Also, I have feelings for avocados. Added bonus: raw cacao and avocado create a tasty healing combo promoting brain health and positive mood.


  • 1 large ripe avocado or 2 medium size avocados ( best if you chill in the fridge over night once it’s ripe)

  • 1/4 cup nut mik

  • 2 Tablespoons of raw cacao

  • 2 Tablespoons of creamy peanut butter OR if you’re like me and want some added protein add 1 scoop of this chocolate peanut butter protein.

  • Optional: a few drops of stevia to sweeten up.


  • Blend all the ingredients together until you have a whipped consistency

  • Eat immediately if avocado was chilled or chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight and enjoy!

Get creative and top the mousse with fruit, seeds and nuts.

Healing Benefits to keep in mind:

Avocados- truly an amazing superfood with SO many benefits. I could write a book on my feelings for avocados but I won’t cause thats weird. I use avocados often for good reason, they are known to be a natural antidepressant and an amazing source of Omega 3s (promoting hormone health). Simply put avocados are powerful.

Cacao – similar to avocados, supports brain health and contains flavonols- increasing blood flow to the brain, promoting increased focus and attention. Raw cacao is also a feel food food, containing Tryptophan a natural anti- depressant.
